Qira’at & Naat Society

introduction

Qiraat and Naat society provides a platform for students to learn about the true spirit of Islam and to create a conscientious personality through Recitation and Naat e Rasool (S.A.W) so that they can distinguish between right and wrong with their quick judgment.

Objectives

To inculcate the love of the Recitation of Holy Quran and Naat e Rasool (S.A.W) in the students.
To provide a platform to hone the skills of Qiraat and Naat e Rasool (S.A.W) among the students by conducting workshops, Inter-Departmental Competitions and Intervarsity Qiraat & Naat competitions.
To organize various events for the moral training of students.
To provide a recognized mean of communication between students and the administration of the University.
To promote volunteering activities, with volunteers being involved with the society itself.
To promote equality of opportunities among students and challenge all forms of discrimination whether based on sex, age, race, ethnicity, disability, religion, cultural background or any other such status.
To carry on any other activities which may be advantageously carried on in connection with and which further any of its purposes.
