Biography
Dr. Rubab Maqsood is a lecturer in the Institute of Continuing Education and Extension (ICE&E) since July, 2014. She completed her DVM in 2011 from College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Jhang. She pursued her M. Phil in subject of Epidemiology and Public Health under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Athar Khan from University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. Her working during M. Phil was on “Epidemiological Investigation about the risk factors associated during period of 2011-2012 in commercial broilers in Lahore”. She has had the honor of winning District Merit Scholarship during her graduation. She has also served as an External examiner in Dairy Rural Development Foundation (DRDF) in Multan, Vehari and Bahawalpur districts. Since December, 2017 she is providing her services in an Australian Aid project on 'Agriculture Value Chain Collaborative Research' in Pakistan. She is also involved in various on campus farmers training programs funded by NRSP, PRSP, PSDF etc.
