Department of Poultry Production has established a Model Compost unit for processing and eco-friendly disposal of dead birds and poultry manure.
Department of Poultry Production is conducting a research project on “Utilization of vegetable waste to produce antioxidants enriched poultry meat and eggs” worth Rs. 1.179 million. The project was funded by Endowment Fund of University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
