Biography:

Ms. Sidra Jamil is Lecturer in English in department of Social Sciences,Jhang campus University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. She has done her MS/ M.Phil. from Lahore College for Women University Lahore,since then she has been serving as a lecturer in English in CVAS, Jhang.

Areas of Interest:

  • English speaking and reading skills.
  • Teaching of English as Second / Foreign Language
  • Contemporary Colonial and Post-colonial  literatures,Post Modernism in the genre of novel
  • Teaching Methodologies and Pedagogy
  • Literary Criticism and Theory Linguistics

Trainings and Coursed Attended

  1. Participated in “Three days’ workshop on “Faculty Professional Training Program” 8-10 June, 2015 at CVAS, Jhang.
  2. Attended three days workshop in “Inculcating new practical based communication skills for teachers” from 12-14 April, 2017.
