Biograph

Dr. Farah Ijaz is Lecturer of surgery, in the Department of Clinical Sciences, Jhang Campus (University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore), Pakistan and holds D.V.M., M.Phil. degrees in Clinical Medicine & surgery. She worked as Technical instructor of Livestock in GREEN Pakistan project of WWF, Pakistan for one year, before joining at College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Jhang; on August 2014 as a Lecturer.

Dr. Farah Ijaz has fundamental expertise is in the field of Surgery specially in Orthopedic surgery as well as Soft tissue Surgery. She has a good command of doing caesarian in small ruminants, canine and feline. She is Specialized in Orthopedic Cases specially diagnosis & treatment of fracture along with Internal implantation & external coaptation.
Along with surgical expertise she has good grip on Radiology, she has good diagnostics skills with Radiology & Ultra-sonography. She also has participated in various training workshops as participant and organize 5 training workshops and one as resource person.
