General information for participation in 12th Annual Alumni Reunion 2022

This portal is created exclusively for the convenience of highly respected alumni family of UVAS
For participation in 12th Annual Alumni Reunion 2020 to be held on Monday, 21st March, 2022 you can register online here or manually by visiting UVAS Alumni Office at Main Campus, Lahore
For senior alumni who find difficulty in registering online & visiting UVAS Alumni office, are requested to make a bankers cheque / bank draft in favor of “Alumni Association, UVAS Lahore” & send it by courier at Alumni Office, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Outfall Road Lahore along with following information latest by 16th March, 2022.

If you register online then your registration will only be confirmed after you upload the scanned copy of Paid Challan/Bank Deposit Slip/Screen shot of online transaction slip (Anyone as per your convenience) at the portal.

You can also send copy of Paid Challan/Bank Deposit Slip/Screen shot of online transaction slip (Any one as per your convenience) at ad.cs@uvas.edu.pk  if you find difficulty in uploading the copy at the portal.

Those alumni who are not registered members of UVAS Alumni Association (Life time Membership) shall pay additional PKR 1000 as lifetime membership fee.

Note:  Overseas alumni can send their payment directly in UVAS Alumni Association Bank account number (PK09 HABB 0001270017875203 / Account title: Alumni Association UVAS / HBL, Civil Lines Branch, Lahore) as beneficiary or send their queries at ad.cs@uvas.edu.pk for any support.

How to register

  1. Please sign up & create your account/password
  2. Login to your account
  3. Fill the information required on the form
  4. Choose number of accompanying person if you want to bring your family/spouse along while the amount on the challan will be automatically updated on the basis of number of accompanying person.
  5. Click Generate Challan Button
  6. Upload scanned copy of paid challan/bank deposit slip/screen shot of online transaction slip (JPEG format) at the portal.
  7. If you find difficulty in uploading the copy of paid challan/bank deposit slip/screen shot of online transaction slip (Any one as per your convenience) then you can send it at ad.cs@uvas.edu.pk 

Important Note:

If you want to pay the fee through online bank transaction, even then the challan will be generated but you have to furnish the copy of online bank deposit slip instead of challan, as mentioned above while for alumni residing abroad no challan will be generated & they will directly send the desired amount in above mentioned account number.
