Provision of specific expert advice to local, regional or national government
The Chairperson of the Department has been the Secretary of National Curriculum Revision Committee (DVM). She is currently on the Curriculum Committee of PVMC and is Fellow, Higher Education Academy United Kingdom. She is part of the Core Committee established to draft Punjab Livestock Policy. Three faculty members of the Department have earned higher qualifications (Certificate, Diploma, MSc Veterinary Education) from Royal Veterinary College, UK. Their achievements have a very strong impact not only at the departmental level but also at the institutional level.
