To hold regular scientific seminars, colloquia, symposium etc at UVAS to promote the culture of interaction and sharing of scientific knowledge with researchers around the world
To prepare the University Strategic Business Plan for the next 5 years
To prepare the research Policy for the University
To explore possibilities of projects based on public-private partnership
