International Workshop on (ACSD 2026) Pakistan Advances Climate-Smart Dairy: Indigenous Seaweed Strategy Gains Momentum

The Pakistan Dairy Association (PDA), in collaboration with University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Virtual University of Pakistan (VU), Pakistan Seaweed, and the Ministry of National Food Security and Research (MNFSR), successfully convened a high-level Policy–Practice Dialogue and International Workshop. This landmark initiative served as a structured science–policy–industry platform, bringing together national and international experts to explore methane mitigation strategies tailored to Pakistan’s livestock sector.The event brought together dairy farmers, academia, policymakers, NGOs, FAO, NRSP, PARC, and private sector stakeholders — ensuring practical, policy-relevant outcomes.
