Dr. Fariha Arooj, is Assistant Professor, in the Department of Environmental Sciences, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan. She has done B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc (Hons) and PhD in Environmental Sciences from University of the Punjab, Lahore. Her PhD work is focused on the development of ozone bleaching process as a promising alternative to a water intensive and costly conventional bleaching method with an objective to minimum use of water, chemicals and energy. She has 3 research papers in impact factor journals.
