Department of Veterinary Surgery in collaboration with Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences UVAS Lahore, is going to organize A 3 Day International Hands-on Training Workshop in Small Animal Dentistry, Anesthesia, and Soft Tissue Surgery. This workshop will be held in the Department of Veterinary Surgery from 22 Oct 2025 to 24 Oct 2025, and will be featured by International Trainer.

This training is specifically designed for practicing veterinary professionals, students, and faculty members who wish to enhance their skills in small animal clinical practice. The workshop aims to provide hands-on experience and advanced knowledge in the specified fields, ultimately benefiting animal health and veterinary practices across the country. We have already planned all the necessary arrangements for the training, including vet lab setup, equipment for anesthesia, small animal dentistry and soft tissue surgery.

The fee for the training is set at PKR 20,000 per candidate for practioners and PKR 10,000 for our students enrolled in M.Phil and PAID. The field veterinarians have showed a significant interest and a high turnout received. To facilitate the attendance of veterinary practitioners from various cities, we would like to request permission to use the university's residency facilities. To make the training more accessible and affordable, we kindly request that the accommodation be offered at the rates applicable to faculty members for the duration of the workshop. This will be a great help in managing costs for the participants. We will ensure that all rules and regulations of the university's residency will be strictly followed by all accommodated individuals.
