Q. How much fee I have to pay for admission in Morning Class?
A.  All the Under Graduate Level degree program students have to pay the following fee for admission in Morning Class (without hostel) in the Academic Session 2013-14:-

Q. How much fee I have to pay for admission in Evening Class?
A. All the students of Under Graduate Level degree have to pay Rs. 60,000/- per semester in addition to normal dues.

Q. How much fee I have to pay in second semester & onward?
A.  The student has to pay above mentioned fee in 2nd Semester & onward as indicated in Column No. 2 above.

Q. How much fee I have to pay for acquiring Hostel?
A.  An amount of Rs. 16,940/- has to pay for acquiring hostel subject to prior approval of the Hostel Warden due to limited seats.

Q. May I pay my fee in installments?
A.  No, the installment is not possible in 1st semester; however, in the consequent semesters the fee may be paid in installments subject to the permission from the concerned Dean.

Q. Is my fee transferable to other disciplines?
A.  Yes, the fee once deposited is transferable to other disciplines.

Q. How can I file a request for a refund if I made a payment excess than my normal fee?
A.  The applicant has to move an application to University Treasurer Office for refund of excess payment. The same is processed by the concerned quarter as per university refund of fee rules.

Q. How much fee is refundable?
A.  

  1. If a candidate once admitted on merit in morning program, deposits the prescribed dues and enrolls himself by submitting GS-10 / UG-1 form and subsequently leaves the University under any circumstances, the amount of fee etc. deposited by him shall not be refunded in any case.
  2. If a candidate once admitted on self supporting program and deposited the addition fee in addition to normal dues and enrolls himself by submitting GS-10 / UG-1 form and subsequently leaves the University under any circumstances, the amount of additional fee deposited by him shall not be refunded in any case.
  3. If a candidate deposits fee for admission on merit and did not submit GS-10/UG-1 form, then only the under mentioned fee shall be refunded on the rates noted against each.
  4. If a candidate deposits fee for admission on self supporting program and did not submit GS-10 / UG-1 form, then only 75% of the additional fee may be refunded in addition to the other dues.

A. All the basic facilities are available in the hostels.

A. Yes, the generator backup is available for the students and this specialty of UVAS Hostels.

Q. Do the UVAS hostels have the facility of internet?
A.  Free WIFI internet facility is available for the students in UVAS hostels.

Q. What is the distance between the hostels and the university campus?
A.The UVAS hostels are located adjacent to the Campus.

Q. What is the security situation of the UVAS hostels?
A.The hostels are secured, safe and ideal for the stay of both male and female students.

Q. Do UVAS hostels have market?
A. The hostels have tuck shop/stationery shop and photocopy shop where all the daily required items are available for the students.

Q. Is parking available for the resident students?
A. Yes, the parking area is newly constructed besides hostels for this purpose.

Q. What kind of residential rooms are available in the hostels?
A.The hostels have dormitory, cubic and bi-seater rooms and students are allotted according to the room capacity.

Q. What is the number of allotted students per rooms?
A. Dormitory, bi-seator and cubic rooms have the capacity of 4, 2 and 1 students.

Q. Do the UVAS hostels have gym?
A.Yes, UVAS provides the gym facility to the students.

Q. When to apply for hostel admission?
A. After securing university admission, you can submit application for hostel allotment.

Q. Do the UVAS hostels have Mess facilities?
A. Yes, Hostels have Mess facilities for male and female students.
