It is hereby informed to all the candidates who have applied at UVAS, Lahore against Disabled Quota for Undergraduate Admissions 2026 that their Medical Assessment will be conducted on 04-09-2026 at 09:00 a.m sharp (Friday) at Medical & Health Services, City Campus UVAS Lahore. In this regard, all candidates are directed to bring their following ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for Medical Assessment. Any of the candidates without following documents will not be assessed in any case.

1. Original Disability Certificate issued by the National / Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons / CNIC with Disability Logo 
2. Original CNIC/B. Farm
3. One latest Photograph (Passport size with blue background
4. Hard Copy of UVAS Admission Form
