- Re-login option will be available only for those students who start the paper timely, but they have to re-login within 10 Minutes.
- Students should never share their password with anyone. If they have to share it for some troubleshooting then they must change it afterwards as soon as possible.

- Arrangements of stable internet connectivity and associated logistics in advance is the sole responsibility of the students throughout the online examination.
- Only those students should attempt to log in the system whose exams are scheduled on the said date and time.
- Do not attempt to use Refresh, Back and Forward buttons in any case, as it may end up displaying false timers of your system, whereas at the backend CTS Exam timer is operating only at the server thus you will only end up wasting your precious time.
- Only CTS Server Timestamp, displayed above each question, will be final/authenticated.
- Do not try to login on multiple devices as it will interrupt the previous session and your exam.

Students are used to repeatedly attempting to click the “Start exam” button before the start of paper time which sometimes makes their page unresponsive, thus you can miss your 10 minutes starting slot at the start of exam. Please make sure to start the exam at scheduled time and do not attempt to start it before time to remain on the safe side.
- The examination will be conducted ONLY ONCE, regardless of student’s failure to join or attempt or complete the real time-online examination, or failure of either internet/electricity during the stipulated time of examination.

- The students who have no proper access to internet / electricity facilities are advised to submit / email to their respective Dean of Faculty well before the examination. Their grievances will be evaluated and their arrangements for online examination will be made in their respective campuses subject to rationality of their problem.
- Those students who will avail the facility to take the online examination on their respective campuses after seeking approval of relevant Dean of Faculty, their logins will be opened only in a particular computer lab as per date sheet.
- Academic Heads will nominate the invigilation staff for those students who have been allowed to take an online exam on their respective campuses. They will also provide list(s) of student(s) to the Director, I.T. and the Controller of Examinations, so that their Login IDs could be restricted to open only at a given venue.
