Provisional merit list of PM Laptop Scheme Phase IV.

PRIME MINISTER'S LAPTOP SCHEME PHASE-IV GUIDELINES/INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNDERGRADUATE & POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS 

It is informed to all students of Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programs who applied in PM Laptop Scheme Phase-IV are directed to review list of PM Laptop Scheme Phase-IV.

    1.  Download the concerned Provisional Merit list (MS Excel) from link given below
    2. Search your data through CNIC or your name etc.
    3. Check your particulars (Name, Father’s Name, CNIC, DOB, Campus, Department, Degree program, Year of study, Date of admission, CGPA of Last Samaster, selected/not selected etc.)
    4. Compare the merit marks i.e. CGPA of Last Samaster with your classmates and inform in case of discrepancy
    5. Inform your Departmental Focal Person for all corrections through email
    6. Names and Email Addresses of the concerned Departmental Focal Persons are given on University Website for your convenience
    7. Last date for reporting corrections through email to concerned Departmental Focal Person is 4th, July 2025 before 11:00 PM.
    8. No request for correction will be entertained after said date
    9. Please note that name as selected in the provisional list does not reflect that you are finally selected for the award of Laptop.

Students studying in public sector Universities/ Degree Awarding Institutes and sub-campuses duly recognized by HEC

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Students enrolled not earlier than their respective program (date of admission) as per the table below:

Note: Student who are registered for degrees program before the date of admission mentioned in the table are not eligible. The completion date (end date) of the degree will be automatically adjusted by the system.

Students studying in public sector Universities/ Degree Awarding Institutes duly recognized by HEC.

  • Students enrolled in PhD/ MS/ MPhil or equivalent 18-year program (except weekend Programs)
  • Students enrolled in 1.5 and 2-year master’s degree program ((except weekend Programs).
  • Student enrolled in 4-year or 5-year bachelor’s degree program (morning and evening).
  • Students having secured 70% marks for semester system (2.80 CGPA), and 60% marks for annual system students.
  • CGPA/ GPA to Percentage conversion shall be governed by HEC defined formula.

Ineligible:

Following students will NOT be eligible for laptops under this scheme

  • Students enrolled at any private sector higher education institute (HEI).
  • Students enrolled at any government degree & postgraduate colleges and affiliated colleges.
  • Students who have already received a laptop under any Federal or Provincial Government scheme.
  • Foreign nationals, except students from AJK.
  • If any student has not applied online or his/her application has not received through online portal.
  • The eligibility for laptop award will also be determined at the time of distribution. If student(s) failed to produce the required documents and proof of academic performance, against the data which made him/ her qualified for laptop, he/ she shall not be awarded with laptop.
  • Any selected student who passed out degree program prior to laptop distribution.

FEEDBACK COMPLAINTS:

In case, students have feedback or complaints relating to the program or their eligibility, students may register their grievances with Grievance Redressal Committees (GRCs) which have been constituted for the purpose or you may contact University Super Focal persons.
