We are pleased to extend our warm invitation to you for a seminar organized by Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, FBS, Lahore. This seminar entitled "DRUG ADULTERANTS, IMPURITIES, AND IMPACT ON HUMAN HEALTH," will take place at 9.30am on 28th May 2024 at the Conference Hall, University of Veterinary & Animal Science, City Campus, Lahore. The Seminar promises to be a thought-provoking event, which aims to shed light on important issues of Drugs due to the presence of adulterants and impurities and being used for a longer period of time. After some time these impurities can cause many side effects in the users. From the last decade it has been observed that one of the impurity NDMA is a carcinogenic moiety, due to which many of the drugs are being recalled by FDA. In view of that many of the regulatoy bodies are working on this perspective. The aim of the seminar is to enlighten these issues to the public and the role of the regulatory bodies to lessen this through presentations and discussions. and now through this platform we want to strive to offer fresh perspectives on the challenges, and their solutions.
