The use of advanced molecular techniques like Next Generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized genomics by expanding our knowledge of genomes and dynamics. 
NGS has become a fundamental tool for researchers across diverse disciplines, from basic biology to clinical diagnosis due to its high-throughput capacity and cost-effectiveness. 

In this context Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology is organising a one day Seminar on NGS being a useful molecular biology technique used to determine the DNA sequencing of living organisms in various disciplines of Biology including health, Animal Sciences,  Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, and Forensic Sciences. 

This seminar encompasses the comparison and application of conventional Sanger Sequencing and advanced Next generation sequencing technologies.
