Online applications are invited from the Pakistani Nationals of Punjab domicile only, who are not married to a foreign national for making appointment on the following position in the project titled “strengthening of KBCMA CVAS”. (Applicants may apply online through university job portal. They are also required to submit signed hardcopy/printout of same pre-filled online application form to the Registrar’s Office. Fill Online application form carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission):

1. The applicants must be domiciled in the Punjab.
2. Printed copy of online filled in proforma must be supported with attested copies of testimonials, certificates along with one recent attested passport size Photograph.
3. Applicants can generate and deposit the fee through online generated Bank Challan in any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan.
4. Applicants are directed to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) with application.
5. Disable candidates are exempted to deposit the application process fee. However, they are required to attach disability certificate with the application
6. Those who have already submitted their applications against the said post published by the University 22-01-2025 as last date of submission of application, need not to apply again.
7. Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should apply through proper channel duly supported with No Objection Certificate from present employer. The NOC must express that there is no pending inquiry / outstanding dues against him/her. Moreover, there is/are no adverse remark in any of their annual confidential reports.
8. The applicant is required to specifically express in the application, if s/he was awarded any penalty during his/her employment in any public or private sector organization or during studentship in the University/Institution. If s/he is found guilty of concealment of any of the relevant facts at any stage, his/her application will be liable to be rejected and in case of his/her appointment, s/he will be removed from university service without any notice.
9. The candidates holding professional degrees (undergraduate / Postgraduate) must be recognized / registered by the relevant council.
10. The University reserves the right to withhold the appointment without assigning any reason.
11. Interview call letters will be issued only to the eligible candidates.
12. Age relaxation will be admissible in accordance with the Govt. policy.
13. The appointment in the project will be made on purely contract basis till the completion of the project and there is no likelihood to be made on permanent basis after the completion of the project.
14. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.
15. Last date for submission of online applications is 13-05-2025 (Tuesday) (within office hours). Printed online application form along-withs all attached documents must reach to this office upto 16-05-2025 (Friday).
