Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals who are not married to a foreign national for hiring on the following positions at CVAS, Jhang and KBCMA CVAS, Narowal. Applicants are required to apply online through the University job portal. They are also required to submit the signed hardcopy/printout of the same pre-filled online application form along with their credentials in the Registrar’s Office. Fill in the online application form carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission of application.

• The applicants must be domiciled in the Punjab.
• Printed copy of online filled in proforma must be supported with attested copies of testimonials, certificates along with one recent attested passport size Photograph.
• Applicants can generate and deposit the fee through online generated Bank Challan in any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan.
• Applicants are directed to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) with application.
• Disable candidates are exempted to deposit the application process fee. However, they are required to attach disability certificate with the application
• Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should apply through proper channel duly supported with No Objection Certificate from present employer. The NOC must express that there is no pending inquiry / outstanding dues against him/her. Moreover, there is/are no adverse remark in any of their annual confidential reports.
• The applicant is required to specifically express in the application, if s/he was awarded any penalty during his/her employment in any public or private sector organization or during studentship in the University/Institution. If s/he is found guilty of concealment of any of the relevant facts at any stage, his/her application will be liable to be rejected and in case of his/her appointment, s/he will be removed from university service without any notice.
• The candidates holding professional degrees (undergraduate / Postgraduate) must be recognized / registered by the relevant council.
• The University reserves the right:
• not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
• to adjust / transfer / post the selected candidate at any campus / College / Institute / Centre of the University.
• to short list the applications / candidates in accordance with the criteria to be determined by the Vice Chancellor.
• to increase or decrease the number of posts.
• The appointment in the project will be made on purely contract basis initially for a period of six months extendable to another period on good performance upto completion of project and there is no likelihood to be made on permanent basis after the completion of the project. On the completion of the projects, if the services required, the posts will be
  re-advertised and the persons already employed will compete with other candidates for fresh appointment as per policy of the University.
• Interview call letters will be issued only to the eligible candidates.
• Age relaxation will be admissible in accordance with the Govt. policy.
• Last date for submission of online applications is 12-09-2025 (Friday) (within office hours). Printed online application form along-with all attached documents must reach to this office upto 15-09-2025 (Monday).
• Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.
