PhD (Molecular Biology) thesis submitted with at least two publications in the relevant field.
Required Skills:

1. Transcriptome analysis. De novo assembly. Gene Annotation, eQTL, Gene expression, Epigenetic, population genetic, of multi-OMICS analysis using NGS data
2. Proficiency in operating systems: Linux
3. Proficiency in programming languages: R, Python, or Perl
4. Strong report writing skills

PhD Position (01)
on purely contract basis at the consolidated salary package of

Rs. 53.333/- per month

PhD Student enrolled in the area of AB&G or Biotechnology or candidate for PhD Admission in an HEC Recognized Institution (Preferably M.Phil in AB&G with experience using Bovine HD SNP genotype data and related analysis)
Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in using scripts and bioinformatics tools(i.e. Linux) and R language
2. Individual with industrial experience and extensive knowledge of Breeding and Reproduction preferred
3. Strong report writing skills

M.Phil Position (01)
on purely contract basis at the consolidated salary package of

Rs. 11,166/- per month

M.Phil in AB&G (HEC Recognized Institution) with Preferably experience using Bovine HD SNP genotype data and relatd analysis)
Required Skills:

1. Population genetic analysis using SNP-chip: software: OLINK, Beagle etc.
2. Programming language R
3. Strong report writing skills
4. Filed sampling experience
