Allotment Policy UVAS Hostels City Campus, 2015

1. Hostel facility will be first provided only to Morning class students.
2. Merit of allotment for first year students will be made on the basis of their marks in F.Sc.
3. Currently Hostel Facility is not available for evening students.
4. Second year students will be moved from Iqbal Hall to Jinnah.
5. Senior most students may apply for allotment in bi-seater rooms in Jinnah Hall.
6. Merit for second year to onward will be on the basis of seniority in hostel and CGPA.
7. Students will have to submit their applications in combination as mentioned by hostel administration.
8. Students shall make combinations in their batch without discrimination of degree program.
9. Students from Lahore are not eligible to apply for hostel accommodation.
10. Students enrolled at Ravi campus will not be allotted hostel in City campus.
11. Student who has been subjected to any major penalty by University will not be accommodated in hostel.
12. No new application will be entertained for allotment in hostel from student EXCEPT first year students. It was decided that new allotment of senior students can be done if seats available.
13. Students will have to submit an affidavit to follow University rules and regulations.

Post graduate students

1. Only morning college students will be accommodated in the hostel.
2. Three M.Phil students will be allotted in one room.
3. Accommodation will be provided to M.Phil Students for two year and PhD students for Three year only.
