SHORT LISTING TEST

MCQs type computer base test for short listing purpose will be held on 15-12-2021 (Wednesday) at University Auditorium, Main Campus, Lahore. The call letters has been sent to the candidates through email. The time schedule of the test is attached herewith. The test has two parts, one from relevant post / discipline having 30 MCQs with four options and other is General Part having three divisions i.e. 10 Questions from English, 10 Questions from General Knowledge and 10 Questions from Analytical Ability. The duration of examinations (both parts) will be 50 minutes. Minimum 50% marks from each part is compulsory.

Bring your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), (Ball point / Pointer) and also this call letter with you otherwise you will not be allowed to sit in the test.

Instructions :

Mobile Phones / Electronics device / Bags / Purse are strictly PROHIBITED in University Auditorium (Reporting Hall) / University Library Computer Lab (Examination Hall). The University will not provide any facility to keep them secure.
Cheating / using unfair means of any sort during the test, shall entail immediate disqualification followed by legal action.
The attendance will be marked in “University Auditorium (Reporting Hall)”, UVAS, Main Campus, Lahore
Please bring your CNIC in original with you. Your CNIC number will be your login id.
Candidates will be admitted to the short listing test provisionally. Detailed scrutiny of applications and documents of successful Candidates in test will be carried out later on. If you are found ineligible for any reason, your candidature will be cancelled and your application will stand rejected irrespective of your qualifying / secure position in the test and next eligible candidate in merit will be considered for interview. To avoid frustration, Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before appearing for test that they fulfill all the requirements of selection criteria as advertised and other rules relating to the post before the Closing Date of receipt of applications.
The entrance test / scrutiny test is designed to evaluate the critical thinking intellectual capabilities of applicants alongwith the problem based / case-based studies related to the discipline.
The examination will be conducted on computer and will be assessed in real time. At the end of examination, the computer will evaluate your answers and will award the marks obtained.
There will be no negative marking.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
