Instructions Regarding Short Listing Test
Scheduled to be Held On 23-10-2020 (Friday) At UVAS, Main Campus, Lahore

 
  1. The Short listing test will start at 09.00 am on 23-10-2020 (Friday). You are required to mark your attendance at least 40 minutes before the actual examination.
  2. The attendance will be marked in “Conference Hall” situated in the first floor of the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat, UVAS, Main Campus, Lahore
  3. Please bring your CNIC in original with you. Your CNIC number will be your login id.
  4. Candidates will be admitted to the short listing test provisionally. Detailed scrutiny of applications and documents of successful Candidates in test will be carried out later on. If you are found ineligible for any reason, your candidature will be cancelled and your application will stand rejected irrespective of your qualifying / secure position in the test and next eligible candidate in merit will be considered for interview. To avoid frustration, Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before appearing for test that they fulfill all the requirements of selection criteria as advertised and other rules relating to the post before the Closing Date of receipt of applications.
  5. The entrance test / scrutiny test is designed to evaluate the critical thinking intellectual capabilities of applicants alongwith the problem based / case-based studies related to the discipline.
  6. The examination will be conducted on computer and will be assessed in real time. At the end of examination, the computer will evaluate your answers and will award the marks obtained.
  7. There will be no negative marking.
  8. Mobile Phones or any other electronic device is strictly PROHIBITED in the test / examination hall.
  9. Cheating / using unfair means of any sort during the test, shall entail immediate disqualification followed by legal action.
  10. The short listing test are being conducted for the following posts. Only those Candidates will be allowed to appear for short listing tests, who have been called for the test by the Registrar’s Office:
    1. Director, University Advancement & Financial Aid at Main Campus, Lahore
    2. Deputy Director, Business Incubation at Main Campus, Lahore
    3. Deputy Director, Industry Linkages & Technology Transfer at Main Campus, Lahore
    4. Lecturer Nutrition & Dietetics at Main Campus, Lahore
    5. Lecturer Microbiology – UDL at Main Campus, Lahore
    6. Lecturer Surgery at Ravi Campus, Pattoki
  11. SOPs for COVID-19 will be fully observed.
