(Applicants for Sr. No. 1 to 4 are required to apply online through university job portal. They are also required to submit signed hardcopy/printout of same pre-filled online application form to the Registrar’s Office. M.Phil / M.S. or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education or master degree from a foreign university in the relevant field with no 3rd Division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/ Institution.
Note: The candidate must has basic degree in pharmacy (registered with PPC), with seven (07) years’ experience including minimum of five (05) years’ experience in quality control and testing of drugs.

DPL Basis

 

  1. Online applications are required with and its printed copies duly supported with copies of testimonials, certificates along with one recent attested passport size Photograph:
    1. Triplicate for the posts of Lecturer/Quality Assurance Manager.
    2. Duplicate for Serial Number 02
    3. Single for Sr. No. 03 to 09

  3. Applicants can generate and deposit the fee through online generated Bank Challan in any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan.
  4. Applicants are directed to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan (non-refundable) with application for the above mentioned posts as under:
    1. Rs. 3000/= for the post mentioned at Sr. No. 01
    2. Rs. 2000/= for the post mentioned at Sr. No. 02
    3. Rs. 1000/= for the post mentioned at Sr. No. 03
    4. Rs. 500/= for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 04 to 05
  5. Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should submit their applications through proper channel within due date. The requisite No Objection Certificate from present employer must reach in the Office of the Registrar before or on the last date for the receipt of applications, failing which such applications will be treated as rejected and no call for interview will be issued.
  6. All Government employees who intend to apply for the posts through proper channel shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that there is no pending inquiry / outstanding dues against them. Moreover, there are no adverse remarks in any of their annual confidential reports. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental permission certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  7. The applicant is required to specifically express in the application, if s/he was awarded any penalty during his/her studentship in the University/Institution. If s/he is found guilty of concealment of any of the relevant facts at any stage, his/her application will be liable to be rejected and in case of his/her appointment, s/he will be removed from University service without any notice.
  8. The candidates holding professional degrees (undergraduate / Postgraduate) must be recognized / registered by the relevant council.
  9. The University reserves the right:
    1. not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
    2. to adjust / transfer / post the selected candidate at any campus / Centre of the University.
    3. to short list the applications / candidates in accordance with the criteria to be determined by the Vice Chancellor.
    4. to increase or decrease the number of posts.
  10. The appointment in the project will be made on purely contract basis / DPL basis till the completion of the project and there is no likelihood to be make on permanent basis after the completion of the project. On the completion of the projects, if the services required, the posts will be re-advertised and the persons already employed will compete with other candidates for fresh appointment as per policy of the University.
  11. Interview call letters will be issued only to the eligible candidates.
  12. Age should not be less than 18 years and more than 35 years for Sr. No. 02 to 09. However, the age relaxation will be according to Govt. policy.
  13. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

  15. Last date for submission of online applications is 24-09-2021 (Friday) (within office hours). Printed online application form along-with all attached documents must be submitted on 27-09-2021 (Monday) in person or via courier. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.
