LAHORE (04-12-23): the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore`s arranges 3rd National DVM Quiz competition under the supervision of Principal Collage of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Jhang Prof Dr Muhammad Fiaz Qamar.
Total 11 teams from various veterinary institutions from all over the country participated and 20 faculty members enrolled as quizzers. The quiz rounds were conducted in the hybrid mode (online/offline). The semifinal and final rounds were held at UVAS City Campus.
The overall trophy was won by the UVAS Lahore team while the former remaining team was the runner up.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor appreciated the participating teams and applauded the efforts of the winning teams. He also urged to continue this legacy to impart the soft and professional skills in the students.
Later, Vet Crescent Society of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore arranged annual oath-taking ceremony & dinner here at the City Campus Lahore.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad chaired the oath-taking ceremony and administered oath to the new office-bearers of the Vet Crescent Society.
