LAHORE (20-12-24): The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore and its all campuses on Friday arranged a condolence references in memory of Former Dean Faculty of Veterinary Science/Ex-Chairman Department of Pathology Prof Dr Zafar Iqbal Chaudhary passed away on (December 18, 2024).
A condolence meeting was held in the City Campus, in which UVAS Vice-Chancellor Meritorious Prof Dr Muhammad Younus (DLA.I, T.I) and a large number of university staff, faculty members and students prayed for the departed soul and paid rich tribute to the services of Prof Dr Zafar Iqbal Chaudhary.
The Vice-Chancellor expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Prof Zafar, prayed for departed soul. Prof Younus termed the death a big loss to the university and paid tribute to his services especially his sincere efforts for the development of UVAS Pathology Department. He also shared his past memories and said Prof Zafar was not only a renowned pathologist he was also a great human being & teacher imparted knowledge and practical trainings to his large number of students of veterinary science.
