Biography

Shaista Abbas is working as an Assistant Professor in the section of Physiology and Biochemistry, Basic Sciences Department, CVAS, Jhang. She started her career as teaching assistant in March 2006 and was promoted to lecturer in the Department of Physiology, UVAS in 2007. She joined the Department of Basic Sciences, CVAS, Jhang campus as lecturer in 2010. She got her PhD in discipline of Physiology from the UVAS. Her primary responsibilities are teaching and research.

  • Probiotic use in transition cattle
  • Gestational physiology
  • Mental health awareness among undergraduates
