Biography
Dr. Furqan Awan is working as Lecturer in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore. He received his PhD in the discipline of Preventive Veterinary Medicine from Nanjing Agricultural University, China. He completed his Post-graduation (MPhil) in the field of Epidemiology and Public Health from UVAS. His field of research is epidemiology with prime focus on genomic epidemiology, infectious disease modeling and spatial disease mapping.
