Biography

Dr. Ali Ahmad Malik is working as Associate Professor of Microbiology at KBCMA College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (CVAS), Narowal (Sub-campus of UVAS, Lahore). He joined this campus as an Assistant Professor (BPS-19) on Nov 16, 2017. Previously he had served for more than 13 years in various national and international organizations. During this period, he worked as Veterinary Officer in Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab, Scientist in Veterinary Laboratories Agency Surrey, United Kingdom, Lecturer in Department of Microbiology, UVAS Lahore and Veterinary officer in the Experimental Research Laboratory for last six years at UHS Lahore. His major responsibilities include teaching and research. He is working as Associate Senior Tutor and Biosafety Officer at UVAS Sub-campus Narowal. He is a registered faculty member and life time member of Pakistan Vet Medical Council (PVMC) Islamabad. He also holds life time membership of Pakistan Biological Safety Association (http://www.pbsa.org.pk). He has contributed his scientific inputs to establish a state of the art laboratory for biomedical research on laboratory animals in University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Dr. Ali Ahmad Malik has several research publications in well reputed national and international scientific journals.
