Department of Meat Science and Technology is conducting following short courses for butchers and abattoir workers. The main purpose of these courses is to provide hands-on training to butchers and abattoir staff to improve their access to basic services and get better livelihood for themselves. It will also help to produce skilled work force for the meat industry.
