The Department of Meat Science and Technology, UVAS, has successfully run the UVAS Meat Shop for many years. This initiative also helped the students to learn entrepreneurial skills. This shop offers quality buffalo/calf meat and mutton at affordable prices with the best quality for students and the general public.

Department of Meat Science and Technology, UVAS in collaboration with Livestock and Dairy Development Department Punjab, started providing quality buffalo/calf meat and mutton at its meat Shop and mobile meat truck. The purpose of this initiative is to provide high quality meat to the whole community with special priority to students and staff.
