Review / comparative approaches and develop international best practice on tackling the SDGs through international collaboration and research

The Meat Department at UVAS actively collaborates internationally to gather and measure data for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The department is actively working with USAID, UNIDO, ASF, FAO, ITC, European Union and many other international funding agencies to uplift the livestock sector, particularly the meat sector, involving farmer to product developing processors at small and corporate levels.

This participation strengthens the international community's capacity to make informed decisions and take collective action towards a more sustainable future.
