2021

Department of Dairy Technology has conducted following short courses for farmers and industry stakeholders. The main purpose of these courses is to provide hands-on training to improve their access to basic services and get better livelihood for themselves. It will also help to produce skilled work force for the dairy industry.

    • Three days Course on ‘Mozzarella cheese Processing’ Funded by farmers
    • Five days course on Cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar Cheese Processing funded by Development Project Government of Punjab
