Venue 

All selected students of Jhang campus (excluding passed out students) are informed that distribution of laptops will be held on January 16, 2024 (Tuesday) at 11 am and All selected students of Pattoki campus (excluding passed out students) are informed that distribution of laptops will be held on January 18, 2024 (Thursday) at 11 am in Respective University Campuses. So all selected students of Jhang / Pattoki campuses are directed to verify their documents through their focal persons on or before January 15, 2024 (Monday) failure to provide these lead not to award the laptop.

  • One (01) Passport size Photograph.
  • Undertaking on Stamp-Paper worth Rs. 100. (Available at www.uvas.edu.pk)
  • Original CNIC along with two (02) photocopies.
  • Original University ID Card along with two (02) photocopies.
  • Original Matric Certificate along with two (02) photocopies.
  • Original DMC Certificate pertaining GPA / CGPA mentioned in Final PM Laptop Merit List uploaded on UVAS Website along with two (02) photocopies.

Important Instructions:-

  • As per HEC instructions, if you do not receive the laptop by the given date, it will be awarded to the next eligible student.
  • Those students who have already received laptops under any Federal or Provincial Government Scheme [Higher Education Department (HED), Board of Intermediate & Secondary Educations, Chief Minister, or any other institution] during study of previous academic program are NOT ELIGIBLE even if the status is “Selected” in the list uploaded on UVAS website or in email sent by UVAS.
  • In case of any error, misstatement, or incomplete information found at any stage, the student shall be considered disqualified immediately, even if he/she was declared "Selected" in the Merit List.
  • The University/HEC reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the eligibility of any student at any stage if he/she is proven to be ineligible.
  • The eligibility for the laptop award will also be determined at the time of distribution. If a student fails to produce the required documents and proof of academic performance, as per the data that qualified him/her for the laptop, he/she shall not be awarded a laptop.
  • Those students who passed Matric in 2017 and got 1001 & above marks are not eligible as they had already got the laptops in CM Laptop scheme.
  • Those students who passed Matric in 2015 & 2016 and got 90% and above marks are not eligible as they had already got the laptops in CM Laptop scheme.
  • "Any selected student who has completed their degree program before the laptop distribution" is considered ineligible.
