UVAS established a medical hospital with basic facilities under a development
project at its Ravi campus with a purpose to provide adequate medical support
to UVAS students and staff based at Ravi campus. In pursuance of our industrial
linkages, UVAS collaborated with Premier Health Services for improving the
medical facilities and operating the hospital on commercial basis. The collaboration
resulted into more investment by the firm to upgrade the hospital and equip it with most
modern medical equipment. The hospital now has fully-equipped operation theater,
dialysis center, diagnostic laboratory etc.
The hospital not only caters the health & medical needs of UVAS students and staff while it is
also open for general public on commercial basis. By bow, it has become the best health care
facility in Pattoki providing premium quality services at highly economical prices. This
collaboration has proved to generate economic opportunities along with strengthening our
facilities.
