Department of Dairy Technology being pioneer in offering dairy technology degree program aspire to provide quality education and training for development of well skilled manpower. The department has established dairy training centre to impart training to professionals, dairy industries personals and other stakeholders. Department is equipped with its own library having latest books on various disciplines of dairy technology, food science and dairy microbiology.

In this way, Department of Dairy Technology aims to further expand and strengthen its position in hands on learning. Currently our small-scale processors needs modern processing technologies practiced internationally to enhance productivity and quality. This project will intervene to train the personals on those international standards with better quality characteristics.

Target Audience
The target group is the (future) middle level staff of organizations operating in the dairy sector and related areas. The trainees will be selected from different cities of Punjab.
