UVAS 16^th Convocation 2025

Dear UVAS Graduates, Participants, and Guests,

A crucial directive issued by the Government of the Punjab regarding prevailing smog conditions in the Punjab, particularly Lahore city, which causing harmful effects over public health. According to this advisory for public health, urging everyone to use masks as a preventive measure against dangerous effects of smog.

Therefore, all graduates, participants, and guests advised to WEAR MASKS throughout the duration of the event 16th Convocation 2025. This measure is not only in the compliance with government directions but also serves to create a safer and healthier environment for everyone.

16th Convocation (2025) of the University of Veterinary & Animal Science, Lahore for the Award of Degrees and Medals for the year 2024 will be organized December 18, 2025 at Main Campus, Lahore. If you desire to join the Convocation,. You would have to pay an amount of Rs. 4000/- as registration fee for participation in the Convocation. Registration last date is December 08, 2025.

Note:
Degree and Medal recipients, who wish to accompany their parents / spouse, would deposit an additional an amount of Rs. 3000/- per person. They have to upload the details of their parents/spouse at the time of registration.

At the time of Convocation, you will wear academic costume (gown) arranged by the University on rent to be paid by you.
Bring your original CNIC and Registration Card; failing which you will not be allowed to enter the Convocation venue.
The students who get themselves registered, but do not participate in the Convocation, due to their any personal reason, will not claim to receive the degree against the deposited amount later on. However, they may get the degree after depositing remaining dues of degree fee.

No T.A. / D.A. is permissible for attending the Convocation.
