Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national for making appointments on Purely Contract Basis from the date of appointment to 30-06-2020 under the Development Project Titled “Establishment of Training Center for Biologics (TCBP) at UVAS, Ravi Campus, Pattoki”:

  • Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) (2nd Division) in Instrumentation / Electronics from recognized Board.
  • Three (03) years relevant post qualification experience in Govt. Semi Govt. Organization or in a public sector university.

One (01) Sub. Engineer (Electrical / Electronics) (BPS-11) at consolidate salary package of Rs. 30,000/- p.m.

Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) (2nd Division) I the relevant field from recognized institution.

One (01) Sub. Engineer (Mechanical/Electronic/Instrumentation)/ Boiler Engineer (BPS-11) at consolidate salary package of Rs. 30,000/- p.m.

  • Matric with Science (2nd Division)
  • Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) (2nd Division) in the relevant field from recognized Board.

Note:      Persons having minimum experience of one year in Government, Semi Govt. Organization or in a public sector university shall be preferred.

One (01) Store Keeper (BPS-09)  at consolidate salary package of
Rs. 28,000/- p.m.

  • Bachelors’ degree (2nd Division) or equivalent qualification from a University  recognized by Higher Education Commission with one year experience of store keeping in Government, Semi government or in a Public Sector University;

      OR
Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with two years’ experience of store keeping in Government, Semi government or in a Public Sector University.
OR
Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with four years’ experience of store keeping in Government, Semi government or in a Public Sector University.

  • A speed of 35 words per minute of typing in English on Computer, and
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible application.

One (01) Electrician (BPS-03)  at consolidate salary package of
Rs. 24,000/- p.m.

Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) from recognized Board with a certificate of Electrician of at least 6 months duration from the recognized Institute.

Two (02) Security Guard (BPS-01) at consolidate salary package of
Rs. 20,000/- p.m.

An ex-military man retired after completion of color service having maximum age of forty five years and period after retirement should not be more than seven years.

  • Applications are required with attested copies of testimonials, certificates alongwith one recent attested passport size photograph.
  • For Serial No.01 Applicants can generate online challan form through the university website i.e. www.uvas.edu.pk and deposit the fee in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. in Pakistan.
  • Applicants for Serial No. 01 to 04 are directed to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan (Rs.500 – non refundable) with the application.
  • Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should submit their applications through proper channel within due date. The requisite No Objection Certificate from present employer must reach in the Office of the Registrar before or on the last date for the receipt of applications, failing which such applications will be treated as rejected and no call for interview will be issued.
  • All Government employees who intend to apply for the posts through proper channel shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that there is no pending inquiry / outstanding dues against them. Moreover, there are no adverse remarks in any of their annual confidential reports. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental permission certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • The University reserves the right:
    • not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
    • to short list the applications / candidates in accordance with the criteria to be determined by the Vice Chancellor.
    • to increase or decrease the number of posts.
  • Interview call letters will be issued only to the eligible candidates.
  • Age should not be less than 18 years and more than 30 years. However, the age relaxation will be according to Govt. policy.
  • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  • Applications complete in all respect should reach in the Office of the undersignedupto 10-12-2019.
