Biography

Ms. Husnul Maab, is a lecturer of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IPS), University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan. She holds Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) degree and Masters of Philosophy (M. Phil) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from University College of Pharmacy, University of the Punjab, Lahore.

Miss Husnul Maab is a young researcher and academician. She started her carrier in year 2012 as lecturer and program coordinator in a private sector university. After serving them for 3.7 years she joined Forman Christian college and was one of the team member who started the pharm D program. During her stay in Forman Christian college, she supervised all labs infrastructure and also provided her services as student advisor along with the regular academic duties. After 5.7 years of her dynamic services in private sector she got a chance to teach at Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore, as Lecturer (2017). During her 6.7 years of career she has been dynamically mentoring undergraduate students both in theory and practical’s. (pharm D/ BSc).

Husnul Maab has her expertise in method development and validation, phytochemistry as well as synthetic chemistry. Currently she is working on novel drug development and their pharmacological evaluation.
