Biography

Dr. Mahroze Fatima is working in the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture as an Assistant Professor since 26th April, 2018. She completed her M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degree in Zoology from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. Her major areas of interest are Fish Nutrition and Fish Quality. She completed her PhD degree in a duration of 6 semesters, for which the Vice- Chancellor UAF issued her a letter of appreciation, which is an acknowledgement of her commitment, dedication and constant efforts. Moreover, she is among the youngest PhD scholars produced by University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. In academics, she scored 3rd position in M.Phil. and 1st position in PhD among her peers. Before joining UVAS, she worked as an assistant professor (IPFP) in the Department of Zoology, Govt. College Women University Faisalabad. She was the Principal Investigator of two research projects in the Department of Zoology, GCWUF. She also worked as “Senior Research Fellow” in more than 20 research experiments in Fish Nutrition Laboratory, Department of Zoology, Wildlife and Fisheries, University of Agriculture Faisalabad.
