Export Facilitation Center for Livestock and Poultry Industry (EFCLP)
Two days Cheese Production Training was conducted by Export Facilitation Center for Livestock and Poultry (EFCLP) a project of UVAS Business School from 18th-19th June 2019 at UVAS, Pattoki Campus in collaboration with Department of Dairy Technology. Resource Person Mr. David M.G. Mitchell the consultant of Eville & Jones company, United Kingdom a renowned Dairy professional having vast experience of cheese making over 40 years conducted this training. Another consultant named Dr. Aamir Rasheed Malik from meat industry also accompanied him. Many Dairy Professionals involved in Cheese making from ten different Dairy Industries of Pakistan attended the training.
