Biography

Dr. Muhammad Hamid, is Lecturer, in the Department of Statistics and Computer Science, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore. He holds a degree in M.Sc. Information Technology, M. Phil. and Ph.D. in Computer Science. His PhD dissertation focuses on increase the software exports of Pakistan by overcome the most reoccurred problems using Artificial Intelligence (AI). During his PhD, he did research work under supervision of Prof. Dr. Esma Aimeur in Renewable higher education research on Emotional Intelligence and Privacy Protection (HERON) Lab, Department of information and the research operation, University of Montreal, Canada.

He has over 11 years of experience (3+ year’s post-Ph.D.) in teaching, research and developing computer/mobile applications. More than 27 peer-reviewed articles in renowned conferences and journals are on his credit. He is a reviewer of various IEEE, Elsevier, Tech Science, and springer journals and has been a part of TPC in several prestigious conferences. He has also served as a visiting lecturer at several institutions. He is supervising many Undergraduate & Postgraduate Final Year Projects and an external examiner of multiple universities. His research interests include Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligent and Intelligent Diagnosis.
