CAN YOU APPLY?
Applications for admission to various undergraduate degree
programs are invited through an adver tisement in the National
Press. Admission is made purely on merit basis amongst the
applicants. Various requirements for admission to these courses
are mentioned in the adver tisement/ prospectus. All the degrees
are offered after successful completion of 4 complete academic
years consisting of 8 regular semesters except for D.V.M. PharmD
&DND that are awarded after successful completion of 5 years.
(MDCAT-2017 is mandatory for admission to 5 years degree
Programs).
All M.Sc. programs are 2 years. The students, for
training purposes will be utilizing the state of the ar t Teaching and
Research facilities established at the Ravi Campus, Pattoki.
Admission criteria for uvas and afliated colleges will
be the same.
The candidates domiciled in any district of Pakistan or Azad
Jummu Kashmir, who have passed F.Sc. (Pre-Medical)
examination from any of the Educational Boards or an examination
recognized as equivalent there to from a recognized institution
securing at least 60% (660/1100) (excluding Haz-e Quran, if any)
are eligible to apply for admission. Candidates possessing F.Sc.
(Pre-Engineering) can also apply for B.S. (Hons.) Environmental
Sciences & B.S. (Hons.) Dairy Technology. Candidates passing
D.A.E. (Food Technology) can also apply for B.S. (Hons.) Dairy
Technology. If an applicant is Haz-e-Quran, 20 marks will be
added to his total marks obtained in F.Sc. examination to determine
his admission merit. However, the counting of 20 marks towards
merit will depend upon the test that will be conducted by the
University. Please apply online.
For all candidates having equivalent degrees, equivalence
certicate from IBCCwill only be accepted.
A candidate seeking admissionmust not be over 23 years of age
on the date of admission.
